While I religiously consume a nutrition dense protein shake for breakfast and lunch, I always eat a mid morning and mid afternoon snack. One non negotiable for my snacks is that they contain some good protein! These baked omelets fit the bill and my entire family loves them. They are a great way to use up left over veggies and meats that are in my fridge, too! #wastenot I make a couple batches on Sunday evening and voila! some great snacks for the week!
Tuna or Salmon Stuffed Deviled Eggs
I am always looking for PROTEIN PACKED snacks. These Deviled Eggs definitely fit the bill! I use wild, canned salmon to avoid consuming mercury that is often found in tuna fish. Enjoy!
